Thank you for shopping at Epic Deco. We strive to process and ship your orders quickly and reliably. Please read the following shipping policy carefully to understand our delivery timelines, carriers, costs, and international shipping information.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following standard shipping options:

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues beyond our control.


3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Depending on your location and the items ordered, your package may be shipped via:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • FedEx
  • DHL Express
  • UPS
  • Local postal services (for international orders)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and link. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us.

Please note: For international shipments, tracking updates may pause once the package leaves your country until it reaches its destination’s local postal system.


5. International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the seller’s responsibility.
  • Check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or certain restricted regions due to carrier limitations. If your address is ineligible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative.


7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for clarification. Reshipping fees may apply.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors or building management.
  2. Wait 48 hours — sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely.
  3. If still missing, contact us immediately — we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and take photos. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
